We are thrilled to see TPC clients implementing their resource consents. With the 2022/2023 earthworks season well underway and construction occurring year-round, we enjoy keeping up to date with our clients’ post-consent progress.

Our Projects
We work with some amazing clients throughout the country.
Typically, our role is to act as the lead consultant on projects and take responsibility for consent authority liaison and negotiation. Where necessary, we consult with sub-consultants and legal counsel. Whether we’re partnering with a private business or a local authority, we take care of everything you need to secure a resource consent or the relevant consent for what you have in mind.

Non-complying resource consent (land use, water permit and subdivision) was obtained for the construction and use of 58 two and three-story residential dwellings. These are in duplex and terraced typologies alongside associated car parking and vehicular access arrangements, enabling earthworks and development standard non-compliances in the Future Urban zone.

Warkworth Safe Storage - the facility is a brand new purpose built building that offers a variety of storage options including 24 hour access Individual units; short & long term self-storage; household self-storage; and commercial self-storage.
Warkworth North Plan Change 25 to the Auckland Unitary Plan. The Plan Change rezones approximately 99 hectares of Future Urban zoned land to a mix of business and residential zones. This will provide for approximately 1,000 - 1,200 dwellings, 13 hectares of industrial / commercial land and a new neighbourhood centre.
